For over three decades, FSOCC has brought together educators and professionals committed to supporting student and employee success in higher education. The conference creates space for connection, reflection, and action toward more just and inclusive institutions.
The theme, Reignite Community through Unity, reflects the conference's continued commitment to being informed by the voices, experiences, and leadership of faculty and staff of color while welcoming all who are committed to strengthening higher education environments.
